In this issue of Products and Services Review, we are proud to announce that we have selected A365 Ltd as our Household Consumer Products Company of the Month.
A365 Ltd was established in March 2013 by Guy Weaver and Peter Brazier. Based in Warrington, Cheshire, A365 Ltd specialises in the design, development, sourcing, supply and sale of a wide selection of household consumer products.
“We design and source home and garden products that we sell via major retailers and also online. The company provides a range of garden, cookware, heating and cooling, small domestic appliances and white goods. The products are perfectly crafted to combine fashion with functionality and innovative design.
One of the company’s most notable ranges is their collection of patented Cermalon® and Durastone® cookware products. Developed over numerous years, A365 Ltd has worked with leading cookware manufacturers and retailers, which has enabled the company to create an innovative range of stylish, durable and efficient products, based on expert knowledge of cookware design and non-stick coatings.
“We worked hard to formulate high performance, environmentally-friendly coatings, and we created our patented coatings: Cermalon® and Durastone®. Our cookware ranges’ designs are modern and provide beautiful aesthetics combined with great non-stick performance. Durastone® is also extremely durable and hardwearing,” added Guy.
The latest innovation to the company’s cookware range is the Cermalon® 5 Piece Cream Pan Set and the Cermalon® 5 Piece Blue Pan Set.
The Cermalon® 5 Piece Cream Pan Set comprises 20cm and 24cm frying pans, a 16cm milk pan, and 18cm and 20cm saucepans with tempered glass lids and has been designed to complement a cream AGA.
The Cermalon® 5 Piece Blue Pan Set is designed to mirror the current kitchen trend for stylish blue colours. The set consists of 20cm and 24cm frying pans, together with a 16cm milk pan, and 18cm and 20cm saucepans with tempered glass lids.
Both the blue and cream sets’ exteriors match perfectly with the soft touch Bakelite handles and lid knobs, and the Cermalon® ceramic silver sparkle non-stick coating ensures healthier cooking without the need for oils and fats.

In other recent developments, the company has seen changes to its operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Guy explained, “With the majority of our products classed as non-essential, we had to pivot our business away from the high street to online. We did this successfully and benefitted from the increase in sales of household and garden products as families were forced to stay at home and chose to invest in new products for their homes and gardens. We also recently recruited a new Commercial Manager, Ibrahim Khalil, to further develop our online presence and online business.”
As the company looks ahead, A365 Ltd maintains many progressive plans including expanding its range and continuing to grow its industry presence and representation. Guy noted, “We are looking for new retail partners who are consumer-focused, share our values and want to work with us to grow our mutual businesses.”
